NDA Application Form Part II
Step 1. In accordance with UPSC’s NDA 1 Exam fees, you are required to pay the application fee as applicable.
Step 2. It is your responsibility to select the preferred city where you would like your exam centre to be located.
Step 3. You will need to upload a photograph, your signature, and a proof of your photo-identity in accordance with the required file size and format.
Step 4. In order to apply for UPSC NDA 1 Exam, you must agree to the declaration, and submit your application form. Please save a copy of the application form for future use.

You must upload a photo identity card in PDF format in the dimension specified by the UPSC, as well as the relevant images and documents as requested by the UPSC in the jpg and jpeg formats.
