CSAT Syllabus UPSC (GS-2)
UPSC CSE Paper 2 is also referred to as the Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) Paper and is a compulsory qualification paper for the Civil Services Examination. It was first introduced in 2011 as a qualifying paper for all candidates in the Civil Services Examination. As part of the UPSC CSE Prelims examination, this test is designed to test a candidate’s analytical skills, reasoning ability, and aptitude.

UPSC Syllabus for Mains Exam
It is the responsibility of UPSC to conduct the UPSC Mains 2023 examination on 15th September 2023 UPSC Mains 2023 Mains examination will consist of nine conventional/theoretical papers with their own significance. This examination will be conducted in five days by UPSC. UPSC’s CSE Mains Examination is primarily designed to test candidates’ knowledge and memory, but it is also designed to determine the level of their intellectual abilities.

UPSC Syllabus Mains Language Paper

UPSC Syllabus Mains English Paper
There is also a qualifying English paper which consists mainly of passage comprehension, precise writing, vocabulary usage, use of idioms and short essays, which serve as qualifications for the English paper.
UPSC Syllabus PDF – Mains Essay Paper
It will be the responsibility of the candidates to write essays on a wide variety of topics. A candidate will be expected to write concisely and adhere to the essay’s topic.
